Is OlaFic free to use?

OlaFic offers both free and premium plans. The free version includes basic food tracking, workout logging, and access to our food database. Premium features include AI meal planning, personalized workout plans, advanced analytics, and priority support.

How does AI food recognition work?

Our AI food recognition uses advanced machine learning to identify foods from photos:

  • Simply take a photo of your meal
  • The AI analyzes the image and identifies individual food items

How do I change my goals or settings?

  • Update your target weight, calorie goals, macros, or fitness preferences
  • Save your changes

Your meal and workout recommendations will automatically adjust to your new goals.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > OlaFic > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > OlaFic > Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

Can I export my data?

Which devices are supported?

Does OlaFic work offline?

How do I sync with fitness trackers?

I'm having technical issues. What should I do?

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please send an email to support@olafic.com with your account deletion request.

Important: Once your account is deleted, all your data including food logs, workout history, progress tracking, and saved meals will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone, and no one can retrieve your data back. You will need to start your journey from the beginning if you decide to use OlaFic again.
